What you signed up for

When you tick the box to get texts from inflammation.news, we send recurring automated text messages: the daily step of a challenge you joined, and occasional updates about new free challenges and guides. Message frequency varies, and we send at most 1 text a day.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You'll get one text confirming you've been unsubscribed, and then no more. Reply START to sign up again. Reply HELP for help, or email [email protected].

Costs

Message and data rates may apply. Ask your mobile carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Agreeing to texts is never a condition of any purchase. Texts are optional: every challenge, quiz and guide works by email alone.

Your number

We use your number only to send the texts you agreed to. We never sell or share your number, or your agreement to receive texts, with anyone for their own marketing. Our messaging providers handle numbers only to deliver our texts. See our Privacy policy.

Health topics

Our texts share general information about everyday habits and research. They are not medical advice and are not about your personal health. Talk to a clinician about your own health.
